Two big links of fully-cooked, smoked Chorizo. This is a traditional Spanish chorizo, it will not be spicy like Mexican style chorizo. Want to heat things up? Our favorite hot pepper flake for this Chorizo is a Turkish hot pepper, called Aleppo. Regular pepper flakes will work just as well in a pinch. 


Sausages come frozen and will need to be thawed and heated, but are fully-cooked and can be easily added to pastas, salads, and tapas.

    At some point during our one-millionth trek up four flights of stairs to take our dog out to play, we realized that where we were wasn’t really where we wanted to be.
