Putting down a deposit will reserve you a lamb at our next available butcher date. After your deposit is paid, we will follow up via email with a pick up schedule and to get your cut sheet filled out.
Reserve a Whole Lamb
Payment for reserving your animal can be made with cash, check, credit card or PayPal
Payment for the actual animal must be made with cash or check. PayPal and credit card will incur a 3% convenience fee.
We target 60lbs hanging weight (120lb live weight) for lamb. At $8.5/lb, including butcher fees, your total for a whole lamb would be about $510. You will get back about 40lb of meat.
