This purchase reserves half a pig, custom cut, on our next available harvest date. After your deposit is paid, we will follow up with a pick up schedule and to get your cut sheet filled out.
Pigs are $6.50/lb hanging weight and we target 200lbs hanging weight. Remaining balance is due at pick up.
At this time, linked sausage and cured products (hams, bacons) are not available.

Payment for the actual animal must be made with cash or check. PayPal and credit card will incur a 3% convenience fee.
Our target weight is between 180 and 220lbs hanging weight for whole pigs.
The cost is $6/lb hanging weight, including butcher fees. Curing fees and sausage fees are additional. These costs are about $1.50/lb.
Expect the total for a half pig to be approximately $550-$650 plus $50-$100 if you plan to cure hams, bacon, and/or make sausages.
You will get back about 60lbs of meat for a half pig.
