It's farmers market season! We will be at all the Boulder Wednesday markets again this year. In addition we will also have a handful of spots at Longmont Saturday market.
We'll be sampling our newest sausages throughout the season, including our new lamb merguez, pork andouillie, and smoked pork chorizo. Expect kielbasa and pepperoni to make an appearance later in the season.

The goal for our market appearances is to demonstrate that we can get people to the market and make sales. There is a chance that if we perform well without diluting overall meat sales, that we could be given more appearances at Longmont this season.
Farmers markets play a huge role in keeping local farms in business and our market appearances are key to our financial sustainability, as they are for all the other farms you'll find there. We hope you'll come out to support us as well as your other local growers and ranchers.
Because of the work that goes into being at markets, the farm stand will be closed on the Saturdays that we are at Longmont Market; come see us at the market instead!
