We raise lamb on pasture, 100% grass fed. Grass-fed lamb is healthy, lean, and rich in iron and vitamins. We raise true lamb that is mild in flavor with a great texture. Our sheep are raised on pasture year-round where they get plenty of exercise and sunlight.
Lamb is available year round. Whole or half lamb orders are cut by a local master butcher and cost $8.50/lb hanging weight.
